Stage 1: Jitterbugs

For children ages 4 to 6

Jitterbugs is an introduction to the world of music, dance, drama and visual arts for students aged 4-6. The focus of this program is allowing children to explore various aspects of theatre performance at their own pace in a lively kid-friendly environment. Our students learn about the basics of performance while building towards a final show at the end of the session.

COVID Considerations

Our first priority will continue to be the health and safety of our students.  Below is a brief window into some of the protocols we will have in place to help protect our staff and students against the spread of COVID-19.

  • Fully vaccinated staff
  • Masks worn by staff and students at all times, no eating indoors
  • Windows open when possible, air circulating well when not possible
  • Hand-sanitizing and hand-washing prioritized for students
  • Contact tracing
  • Visual signs on entrance doors regarding safety precautions
  • Pre-screening before attending
  • At drop-off screening for symptoms, including temperature check
  • Drop-off held outdoors so no parents in building
  • Maintain six feet of physical distancing in rehearsal
  • A serious approach to cleaning both before and after every session, including circulating air and sanitizing all surfaces
