Theatre Ancaster is a community musical theatre company with a reputation for quality productions. Our mandate is to present excellent quality live musical theatre to the community and to assist in the development of musical theatre among the adults and youth of the community.

Theatre Ancaster Chorus
Don’t stay Home Alone this holiday season! Join the Theatre Ancaster Chorus and relive your special holiday memories in a musical celebration of Christmas at the Movies. Get into the holiday spirit with treats from your favourite festive films, both old and new. From Frosty to Rudolph and Elvis to Elf, this magical holiday journey is one for the whole family to enjoy.
This show features a 35-member adult chorus accompanied by a three-piece band.

It's a Wonderful Life, Radio Show
This holiday season join us for “It’s A Wonderful Life,” a live re-creation of the 1940s radio program based on the iconic Christmas classic. Share in the timeless story of a man who doubts his value in the world until an angel, looking for his first wings, helps him see his real value in life. All proceeds from It’s A Wonderful Life go to Ancaster Community Services.

Stage 2: Jr. Broadway Company
Grab your golden ticket to see Willy Wonka Jr. as the delicious adventures of Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory light up the stage in this captivating adaptation of Roald Dahl’s fantastical tale. Featuring the enchanting songs from the 1971 film in addition to a host of fun new songs, Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka Jr. is a scrumdidilyumptious musical, performed by the Stage 2: Jr. Broadway company. Guaranteed to delight everyone's sweet tooth!
Approximate show run time: Two 30-minute acts with a 15 minute intermission

Donations in Memory of June French to Theatre Ancaster
June was an avid participant and supporter of Theatre Ancaster, and a dear friend. She loved everything about theatre but she loved the people more. June was a trooper with the heart of an angel. She will be missed but we will never forget her.
It is June's wish that donations in her memory be made to Theatre Ancaster.
